Together, we provide a seamless and elegant experience, combining expert event planning with the charm of our beachside event space. Explore our thoughtfully curated packages designed to simplify your event planning while delivering unforgettable celebrations.

Event Packages

  • Perfect for intimate gatherings such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, and small corporate events. Price: $1,000 + 6 hour Venue Fee + Cleaning Service

    • Gold Chiavari Ceremony Chairs and farmhouse tables + banquet and cocktail tables with house white or black linens

    • Complimentary onsite parking

    • 1 (one) hour meeting (in-person or virtual) with IN GOOD COMPANY

    • Event space logistics meeting (on-site walkthrough)

    • Consultation of design elements such as floral arrangements, centerpieces and decor items.

    • Creating and dispersing a detailed floor plan of the venue and/or map of the destination

    • Onsite event setup and breakdown of tables and chairs - not including set-up of in-house decor or diy add on’s

    • Basic in-house dinnerware and glassware

    • Access to in-house decor

    • Standard Cleanup

    • *Not available Saturdays

    Pricing Total is: Event Planning fee $1400 + Rental Fee established with Event Works + Venue Fee at the Fig Room

    • Gold Chiavari Ceremony Chairs and farmhouse tables + banquet and cocktail tables with light decor customization from already curated packages partnered with EventWorks

    • 1 (one) hour meeting (in-person or virtual) with IN GOOD COMPANY

    • Event space logistics meeting (on-site walkthrough)

    • Consultation of design elements such as floral arrangements, centerpieces and decor items.

    • Onsite event setup and breakdown of tables and chairs - including set-up of in-house decor or diy add on’s per intital planning meeting. If DIY materials are provided, a photo of setup is required.

    • Basic in-house dinnerware and glassware

    • Access to in-house decor

    • Standard Cleanup

    • Complimentary onsite parking

    Pricing Total is: Event Planning fee $1400 + Rental Fee established with EW + Venue Fee for 6 hours at the Fig Room

    • Gold Chiavari Ceremony Chairs and farmhouse tables + banquet and cocktail tables with a ($) rental credit towards design enhancements with our rental partner EventWorks

    • Onsite event setup and breakdown of tables and chairs

    • Basic in-house dinnerware and glassware

    • Access to in-house decor

    • Complimentary valet onsite parking

    • Customized event design proposal outlining the visual concept for your event and styling board for all portions of the experience

    • Selection and arrangement of design elements such as floral arrangements, centerpieces and decor items.

    • Coordination of color schemes, linens, and other visual elements to create a cohesive look.

    • Unlimited planning hours as needed

    • Unlimited email correspondence

    • Budget analysis and guidance

    • Initial consultation + two (one) hour meetings (in-person or virtual) and unlimited email correspondence

    • Event space logistics meeting (on-site walkthrough)

    • Access to all IN GOOD COMPANY Vendor Partner Programs

    • Stationery consulting

    • Creating and dispersing a detailed timeline unique to all vendors

    • Creating and dispersing a detailed floor plan of The Fig Room

    • Managing (1) hour rehearsal, if needed

    • Up to 2- on-site planners managing the event day depending on type of event (up to 5 hours of coverage (social), up to 10 hours of coverage (on-site wedding) up to 12 hours of coverage (off-site wedding)

    • Ensuring all vendors arrive on-time and deliver as specified in their contracts

    • Emergency Kit

    • Access to all IN GOOD COMPANY Vendor Partner Programs

    • Contract negotiation between vendors

    • Creating and dispersing a detailed timeline unique to all vendors secured by IN GOOD COMPANY for the event

    • Creating and dispersing a detailed floor plan of the venue and/or map of the destination

    • Onsite event setup and breakdown

    • Standard cleanup

    Floral Enhancements: Minimum to be determined per conversation

    Pricing Total is: Event Planning fee + Rental Fee with EW + Venue Fee + Valet

    Event Planning Pricing:

    • On-site Wedding: $2,150

    • Off-site Beach Wedding with reception at The Fig Room: $3,350

    The Fig Room Venue Fee: $2044.13 (Includes Cleaning Fee and 3.5% tax)

    Valet: Pricing determined by time and date, generally between $300-$500 with A1A Valet
